Orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and applicable public holidays.

All amounts are in U.S. dollars (USD).

Free shipping applies to eligible standard shipping orders. Selecting Fast U.S. Shipping incurs the $8.99 fee where available, even when an order qualifies for free standard shipping.

Available shipping methods, eligibility conditions, and final charges will be shown before payment.

Orders may be fulfilled through our own or partner facilities, depending on inventory availability and delivery destination. The shipping origin may differ from our registered business address.

Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier operations, destination, customs procedures where applicable, severe weather, public holidays, and transportation disruptions.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated otherwise. They do not limit mandatory delivery rights or remedies.

Tracking information will generally be provided after dispatch when available.

If a shipment is significantly delayed, tracking remains unchanged for an extended period, or a package appears missing, contact service@tavzor.com with your order number and available tracking details.

A "Delivered" tracking status does not automatically prevent us from investigating a missing-package concern.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Return Period

Eligible purchases may be returned within 180 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the applicable policy conditions.

tavzor advertises 180-Day Free Returns for eligible purchases.

Requesting a Return

Before returning a product, email service@tavzor.com with your order number, product details, reason for the request, and relevant photographs or videos where appropriate.

Our support team will review the request and provide the applicable return address and instructions.

Do not send products to our registered business address, a supplier, or a manufacturer unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Return Shipping

For returns covered by our 180-Day Free Returns offer, customers will receive an appropriate return shipping arrangement at no additional return shipping cost when following the approved return procedure.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, we will provide an appropriate solution without additional costs attributable to the qualifying issue. If a return is required, we will cover the necessary return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds for returned products are generally processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds that do not require a return are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to display the funds.

Order Cancellations

For order changes or cancellations, contact us promptly at service@tavzor.com.

Requests are reviewed according to the current fulfillment status. Once shipment preparation has progressed or an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If a cancellation is approved after payment has been collected, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

Nothing in these procedures restricts mandatory consumer rights.
